Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Hygiene & Safety Notice: Due to hygiene and safety considerations, used VeloScrub cleaning products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at loboenterprises117@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products that are not defective

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

European Union Customers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
