Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Our typical transit windows are:

  • United States: 5-15 business days

  • Canada: 7-20 business days

  • International: 10-30 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment. Any active shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be indicated clearly on our storefront.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our facility, your tracking number will be sent straight to your inbox. Please allow 1-3 business days for the carrier's tracking status updates to populate and update on their online portals.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify, cancel, or redirect the package. Additional shipping charges will apply if a reshipment is required due to an address error.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

VeloScrub is not liable for logistics delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, local postal disruptions, or weather events. If your tracking status stops updating or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at loboenterprises117@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at loboenterprises117@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of both the damaged item and the outer packaging so our support team can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
